2、保修响应后本市4小时内到达现场，12小时内到位服务，非本市范围内，技术人员24小时内到达现场。

3、保修期内由于客户操作不当导致故障，我公司将以优惠的价格提供维修服务。

4、工程质量保固期：设备保修2年，其它材料按照国家“三包”标准服务（如有人为或自然一些不可抗拒因素的破坏，不在保修范围内）。

5、保修期后我司会进行定期回访，为客户提供有偿终生服务。

综上所述，我公司郑重承诺，在工程质量保修阶段，我单位将本着用户至上的原则，让业主满意。客户的满意和支持，将是我单位的生存源泉之水，在工程施工、质量保修阶段，我单位将始终如一的为业主服务。
